#Year2015 (Jan to Apr)

没想到时间过的那么快，不知不觉现在就要快到五月了 ><

#JAN2015

Receive a super excited news that #SGriverbow keys is ready for collection and we are required to submit and re-apply HLE to HDB.

So the year started with a BIG bang~

and the Key Collection Date is Jan 12, 2015 *shy*
The reason why i was among the first few to collect *Keys* was bcos i write in to HDB and explain my situation of renting the unit etc..
Thus if any friend need to have keys urgently, try and write in to HDB =D

Defect Checking;
Maybe cos #MrKwok and i are very chin cai chin cai that we seem to find no much issue during defect check. Thus it was settled within a week.

#FEB2015

Flew off to Japan (Tokyo & Osaka) for meeting and have the chance to meet one of the client & we have fun with a little sightseeing before i go Osaka.
Virgin experience with 温泉 and it was abit overwhelming for me to be bare in front of everyone but still, it is enjoyable.

and i was really thankful that my boss agree for me to fly back home to settle my material selection for renovation. 
Thou it is just a mere 72 hours in SG, but the time spend with #MrKwok is worthwhile. 

 Manage to spend V-day with baby although we have celebrate it before i flew to Japan. Bring baby for GEM concert and it was really power! And in return, he get me my favorite macaroon w/ teddy flowers <3 apart.="" being="" for="" job="" long="" love="" my="" nature="" nbsp="" of="" period="" so="" thank="" the="" toward="" understanding="" you="">

Because this time round, i be flying to japan for more than a month=/ And thus i will be missing CNY , my granny was abit unhappy that i am not around during cny period.
但是，大家明白是为了工作 so they just ask me to stay safe.

And this time round, my trip is a whole team trip instead of a solo trip!
The time in Japan during this work trip flew FAST! 
Most of the time i spend working even weekend and 24 hours a day is not even enough.
At this point of time, i hope that there is a few Glenda around haha!
Glad to say that its over and im back to Singapore in end March.

Oh ya, thank you the team for being so hardworking and understanding especially our partners <3 i="">

#MAR2015

Super happy to say that by the time, im back to Singapore.
The renovation is 99% done liao. I wanna to blog with picture but im waiting till after my housewarming is over.
But nevertheless, thank you Salina & My dad for helping us to oversee the whole renovation process and advise us on the diff materials and many many more.

This month is pretty crazy with all the moving, more furniture shopping and those small small items to be finalize and happy to announce that "We are staying in Sengkang" liao =)

More updates to come on my renovation process and the ID we visited etc before we decided on who we trusted more with our reno <3 i="">

15 Jul 2011 ~ the date where we submit and apply for our BTO!

Since i didnt jot down at that point of time, i can only remember some part of the process!
Its feel so surreal that babyy and ii decide to try our luck to apply for BTO.
At that point of time, we just started dated for like a year plus thou we know each other sibei long la~~ 

but.. i tot wont be so lucky, first time apply will have cos i heard many many stories that its hard to apply for BTO!

thus when the result release, my Q no is damn infront, i was like stun, shocked, worrie, nervous!

its really a big Big BIG step to take!
 i'm worrie more on myself if i can handle commitment, family, financial & if i really love babyy enough to take the *BIG* step into the word "marriage"!

well, in the end - ii do ^^ but babyy 连想都没有想就可以肯定, he say 因为是我! (ultra sweet) *Loves*

Some other fun facts about our cozy home-to-be =P
our register number - 2498083I 
our first HDB appt - 13 Sept 2011  
Our 2nd HDB appt (Lease Agreement) - 18 Mar 2012 
 Design type - Model A (New Series)
Floor Area - 68 Sqm (3room flat)

and tata our BTO is Fernvale Riverbow
hope we will get to see rainbow over the river daily =)

=) 1st HDB appt (Selection of Unit)

After receiving HDB brochure on our flat details & infos, babyy & i keep 研究-ing ~~

1) Surrounding schools - opp our house alr have one school so next time little babyy xiiong can go sch easily =x nearby also have schools like within 30 min range to reach de - TICKED


2) amenities - future seletar malls thus already have cinema, supermarket etc & its less than 10 min walks from our future home-to-be! 3 min walk to LRT!  - TICKED But still its not near MRT =(, abit sad on this & wonder AI would be a better choice but...

3) Punggol Reservoir - main reason will be this, haha although its not a sea but.. its a reservoir so i be living near water & review stated that this BTO offers plenty of units with expansive views of the river and its greenery surrounding, there is park by the river bank, thus its seem ideal to raise our little babyy xiong here *can imagine weekend cycling, park walking etc* =) 
thou, my unit cos is 3 room doesn't have direct river view but i also pa-tang, cant stay near river directly cos my fortune will 流掉 thus i'm glad i don have tough choice to made cos 3 room is opp school  - TICKED

4) Basement Car-park - Direct access to vehicle from block itself & review stated that most EC & DBSS don't even have this =x and due to this, residents can have more open space in this BTO cos don need waste space to build car-park mah! - TICKED

5) good Q no - due to the good q no, babyy & ii wont want to waste our chance too =) - TICKED

thus with this, we went for our 1st appt!

 ~ Choosing unit from the model in HDB =)

~ Once we confirm, we pay a deposit of 1K for our chosen unit - 414A, level 20

*Tell babyy if our lift break down, i wont go home cos so high, climb le sure die =x











 =) 2nd HDB appt (Sign Paper Le)

~ Before signing this paper, tons of paperwork to do!

At that point of time, babyy & ii almost go crazy cos of the apply for loan, appeal for AHG.. HDB officer need alot of documents from us! Resulted in us, keep asking our office for officially documents =x Lucky boss dont kill us sia!

 ~ During signing, we are require to confirm if we need the optional finishes for our home-to-be!
So we just opt for it lo, since CPF can pay & its was fun choosing some door knob thingy, asking loads of question etc =x

After 2nd appt, basically i do nothing except to see weekly progress of how my future home-to-be is doing =x all thank to facebook, BTO admins for setting up closed group & thru the group, i get to know my future neighbors liao =) 1st pic is taken by our admin, special thank & credit to him ^^

♥ after a wonderful time in 台中, we take bullet train again to高雄
 and since its our last two night stay, thus i book a better hotel to end the whole trip perfectly.
end up is the most comfortable stay, but the most scary de =((

anyway maybe just our luck was not good bah=x

佛光山! how can we don go leh thus the very next day we travel to 佛光山 & man, the place is big!
haha think we only cover half cos damn hot!
i walk 2 hour alr leg pain!

a place i don mind to come again =) 
pray i have a chance to bring my granny come.
no matter how many time, we ask her go overseas with us. she don wan =/

Actually all the trips i went, i really love it alot.
不管是好的或坏的，都有值得我纪念的地方。

=) but the places i went b4, i don wanna go again cos the world is so big,
hope i will have the chance to visit more new country to create more memoir!

the most *wanted* to go country -> Orlando for Harry Potter Theme Park,
hope i can fulfill my wish by 28 =) 
 
finally write finish my 2nd trip to taiwan...
now let wait for carine pic so i can rem this adventure trip with ah der*

♥ after a good rest , we travel to 日月潭 via taxi!
we two really cant save money $$$

and the first thing that went to my mind when i reach there is;
the sea, the mountain & the view is worth the trip!
its freaking BLUE!

After we are back to hotel & rest, we went ard exploring the places.
and we buy loads of product & yes, the best mushroom i ever eaten is from here=x
   

and thank the driver for showing us ard cos he say he & hubby have same name almost la =x
got fate so FOC drive us ard & bring us to the rock that written 日月潭 !
he say its a must take photo place!

thanks god for all the nice people we meet on this trip *=)
